Agent Ana (Silverlinck) is a local Realtor®, Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Certified Real Estate Negotiator in the Hudson Valley. Ana moved up river from NYC over 15 years ago with her husband and rescue dogs. With extensive marketing, design, home improvement and sales experience, she offers a unique point of view and a thoughtful approach to buying and selling. Ana works with the amazing team at Hudson River Line Realty a boutique agency out of Cold Spring, New York.
Mission
My commitment to my clients goes well beyond the standard service of home showings, buying and selling strategies. I'm skilled at recognizing my clients' unique needs and guide them through every step of what can otherwise be a daunting process.
Vision
Following my graduate studies in Film and Video Production in Los Angeles, I returned to New York and taught production, film studies and design at the college level. It wasn't until I began teaching that I understood the true value of my unique eye for design and aesthetics. This skill transferred readily to my work in Real Estate and Interior Design as my perspective often yields greater potential for my clients.
